About Nathan & Erin Sherman
Nathan is a resident of the Phoenix Valley for over 20 years and Erin is a native! This husband-wife team’s passion is studying the local market and working closely with their clients to understand their needs and provide support and expertise throughout their buying or selling process.
Nathan has over 20 years experience in customer service, construction management and real estate. He holds an Associate’s degree in Construction Management and Bachelor’s degree in Finance, having worked for companies that have developed his skills and expertise. Erin has over 20 years experience in customer service, business and adult education, with a Business Marketing degree from the University of Arizona. During their time serving clients through real estate sales, Nathan and Erin have developed a reputation of being reliable, thorough and ethical. They pride themselves on developing relationships with their clients that allow them to trust that they will always get the job done well.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, and golf. Erin enjoys fun activities with the family and hiking. They have 3 children, 3 dogs, and 2 cats – all of them enjoy spending time together as a family!
