I met Nathan and couple years ago at an open house. He was super knowledgeable, laid back, and didn’t pressure us at all but added value in regards to the housing market at the time. Leaving the open house my wife and I felt super comfortable with Nathan and the way he presented himself. Later that week we ended ended up calling Nathan to help us list our home in Anthem AZ and help us find a home in North Phoenix where we decided to be. Nathan was super knowledgeable about the home selling and home buying process. We were able to get our home on the market and under contract quickly with ease, allowing us start making offers on other homes. Nathan went out of his way on numerous occasions at all hours to lock in a home for us to purchase. He walked us through the process and negotiated accordingly when needed. He made the home selling and buying process super simple. Not only did I gain a good realtor but I also gained a great friend out of the real estate process. I would highly recommend Nathan Sherman and his wife Erin Sherman when it come to real estate transactions.
