We recently sold and bought a home using Nathan as our agent. With Nathan's advice, we were able to sell our home for a great price. In fact, it was higher than our asking price. As for the home we bought, our "must-have" list was long. Nathan and Erin listened to our needs and found us the perfect home in the ideal neighborhood. They connected us with a great painting company, inspectors and other resources to make the process much less stressful. I met Nathan and couple years ago at an open house. He was super knowledgeable, laid back, and didn’t pressure us at all but added value in regards to the housing market at the time.
