This was my first time purchasing a home, and I was completely overwhelmed by the experience. Nathan and Erin were very informative and accommodating through-out every step of the process. Despite a financial quagmire.of rising interest rates and housing prices, they worked in unison to direct me towards all viable properties as they became available and providing feedback to my myriad of questions. Selling then buying a house at the same time can be very stressful and nerve racking but Nathan Sherman had made this process very easy. He was able to find a buyer for our house in 2 days and close in only 3 weeks, and for that my family and I are truly grateful.
